| E4 Stings | ||||
| These were created for an open call for submissions for short stings to a selection of audio idents. I've included my bootleg versions here as I think they work better.
'Skate' is the first of these. I built the ramp in my bedroom, cut the E4 out of rubber, stuck it on the fingerboard, and went for it. The opening to 'Ace of Spades' by Motorhead makes it fly... 'Scary' has a nod to the Evil Dead with the camera flying up the hallway and into the haunted room. Kal from Contraband animated the E4, and also animated 'Prisoner', which we worked on together. 'Draw' is cut to the crescendo of 'A Day in the Life', one of my all time favourite Beatles songs. |
